Well, Sunday was the longest I had gone without seeing either Mommy or Daddy ... what an experience! Grandma and Grandpa said I was a pretty good kid (except for about an hour) when they took care of me while Mommy and Daddy were at the Packers game. By the way, they had a great time ... Go, Pack, Go!
Grandma was a great care-giver; she and Grandpa took me to church, gave me bottles, changed my diaper (a LOT), fed me cereal and veggies, and played with me tons. What a great way to spend a Sunday :)
My big news lately is that I can sit up all by myself for quite awhile; I can even play with toys while I'm sitting now. Unfortunately, I'm not quite able to get into, or get out of, the sitting position on my own and make a fair bit of noise when I want to do either.
For some random reason, Mommy has gotten into a "cleaning out the house" mood and has been trying to organize/get rid of a bunch of stuff that we don't need anymore (like my old dresser). Daddy has been a great help sorting books and moving furniture; what a good way to start off the new year! After being married for 5+ years, Mommy and Daddy are finally getting rid of some of the old, handed down furniture ... hooray for Craigs List!
