I rolled over! Well, at least all of the evidence points that way; Mommy didn't actually SEE me roll over. I was hanging out on my tummy this morning looking at some stuffed animals while Mommy was taking care of my laundry. When she came back into the room, I was on my back and smiling! (By the way, the pictures are staged ... Mommy didn't have the camera handy when it actually happened.) I haven't managed to do it again without Mommy's help, but I don't seem to need much help anymore so I'm sure it'll just get easier for me. Mommy's not too excited about the fact that I'm going to just start moving more and more; she keeps telling me that it's nice I'm still lying on the blanket when she leaves the room for a minute. Those days are going to be over soon if I have anything to do with it!Other than that, it was a pretty good week for us. Mommy's friend, Shelley, and her kids, Rachel and Paul, came over on Tuesday to help Mommy make applesauce. They were a big help, not only with the applesauce, but also because they play with me while Mommy was focusing on those apples. I can't wait to try the applesauce one day!
Story time at the library was fun, as always, and Mommy enjoyed her Bible Study again this morning. I was awake for the whole discussion today (another first for me!) and thought I should be able to share my opinion, too, while everyone was talking. I wasn't upset or anything, just wanted to play with my voice again. I wonder how Mommy's going to handle it as I get more and more vocal :)
