After staring quite a bit at all of the new things around me, I went for my first walk in the woods on Friday. I fell asleep for part of it, but that meant that I was happy enough to play with Grandpa and Grandma for a bit again before bedtime. On Saturday I started to get a bit more comfortable with the "new" environment and played a little bit with Grandma instead of just staring at everything. We visited my bridge on one of Grandpa and Grandma's trails before Grandma did some babysitting so Mommy could work with Grandpa out in the woods :)
We all went to an early bird dinner with people from Grandpa and Grandma's church and then headed to church on Saturday night. Turns out it was all just a bit too much for me in one day and I got pretty crabby at church because I was SO tired. Grandma and Mommy left a little early with me and I zonked out for most of the car ride home.
On Sunday I was finally comfortable enough with the new place to entertain Grandpa and Grandma with all of my sounds and smiles. By the time we left after lunch, I was exhausted enough (again) to sleep most of the car ride home (again) while Mommy listened to the Packers game (again). I woke up just in time to hear that they won ... yeah, Packers!A good trip overall, but I missed my Daddy and I know he missed his girls, too!
