While Mommy was out shopping on Saturday, I got to watch the snow, then the ice through our front window. We got about 3 inches of snow, plus another 1/2 to 1 inch of ice our first "significant" snowfall of the season.While Mommy was out on Saturday (Christmas shopping without me!?!?), I was a good daughter for Daddy; he even got to feed me some sweet potatoes for lunch! We played a lot together and he (successfully) put me down for all of my naps. Overall, it was a good Daddy/daughter day.
Today Mommy wanted to take me outside so I could experience some of the snow firsthand, instead of just looking at it through the window. I got all bundled up, but when we got outside Mommy realized it was more like ice than snow. In fact, we didn't leave any footprints as we walked around the house because the snow was all crusted over with ice! Still, it was kind of fun :)
