More teeth and more toys

I officially have two teeth now and, boy, are they sharp! Mommy has tried to get some pictures of them for you all to see, but she can't quite manage to capture those pearly whites.

One of my favorite toys these days is a simple wooden spoon. It works wonders for those new teeth! Not only can I turn it around and chew on either end, but I can also bang it on the floor and make some fun noises.

Even if I don't have any toys really in reach, I still manage to have fun. Playing with the carpet or pulling off a shoe or sock to chew on tends to amuse me, too.

Mommy and I had a good time together this past weekend (Daddy was in Crown Point, IN and then Tinley Park, IL with some friends from college). We did lots of "girl stuff" together ... going shopping, visiting with people at church, making some stamped cards at a friend's house, and, of course, watching football together :)

Even though we had a good time, we're both glad that Daddy is back. He came back just in time for another snow storm, too! We're supposed to get 7-10 inches tonight and tomorrow! I wonder if Mommy and I will be able to make it to story time ... I hope so ...

The last thing I wanted to share was that I make a really funny face when I'm tired and holding on to my blanket. I scrunch it up to my face and squeeze my eyes tight. Then Mommy and Daddy know I'm REALLY tired :)
