Just hanging out

Now that Mommy's feeling better, I thought it would be a good time to get crabby again because of a new tooth, or maybe even teeth. My first top one popped through sometime yesterday and the one right next to it looks to be close as well. Of course, that's what Mommy and Daddy thought about my second bottom one and it took about 3 more weeks than the first bottom one.



We've been just hanging out a bit these days, waiting for spring to really show up. I especially like playing with ... or in ... my baskets of toys.



I'm also loving to make sounds these days. Daddy and Mommy have discovered that I like to sing, or maybe it's more like hum, to myself. Sometimes they catch me doing that when I'm playing, once I sang with Mommy before a nap, and a few other times I've just sung to myself a bit before I've fallen asleep.


Grandpa Colba drove down to see Mommy and me yesterday, and to bring me a shelf he made just for me and my toys. It's PERFECT! Not only can I pull all of the toys off of the bottom shelf, but I also can stand next to it really well.









I can't quite pull myself up on my own yet, but I love to stand holding on to something. As you can see, I'm pretty good at holding on with only one hand now, too!





After a lonely week last week of not visiting my friends (Mommy was too sick), we're going to play with Emily tomorrow and maybe Sadie on Friday. I can't wait! I mean, I love my Mommy, but sometimes our house gets a little boring :)
