IN and out

I figured out a few cool things this week. First of all, I've discovered that objects can go IN other objects; I don't have to just take them out anymore. That means that Mommy and Daddy are finding my toys in some pretty interesting places. For example, beanbags don't really fit in my train, but I sure like to put them there.

Also, this morning I thought it was the coolest thing to put my toys in a cardboard box in the living room. Mommy didn't discover these toys until I was already asleep for my nap.

Speaking of my naps, it seems like every time Daddy or Mommy comes in my room after I've been sleeping, I'm in a different position. Sometimes I'm on my back, other times I'm on my tummy, or my side.

This week I've just started getting myself sitting up so I can play with some toys after I wake up. Then last night I was fussing a bit after Mommy and Daddy put me to bed and when Mommy checked on me I was standing up in my crib. Yikes! That's a first!

All this new stuff, in addition to my moving from room to room all by myself, definitely makes me a bit more tired ... even when I'm playing sometimes I need to take a break.

Did you know I got another tooth last week? I'm up to 7 now; Daddy thinks it looks a little silly to have the big gaps up front until they come in all the way :) No molars yet, though.

Well, I'm going to go have some yummy dinner. I can't wait!
