Last weekend Mommy and I went to visit Grandma for a "girls' weekend". Grandpa was out of town and Daddy stayed home so he could get some projects done around the house.Grandma and I has SO much fun together; I think Mommy had a good time, too, but since I spent so much time with Grandma I didn't get a chance to ask her!
We went garage-saling on Saturday morning and played a lot on Saturday afternoon/evening. I got to ride along with Mommy in my backpack while we walked in the woods, but Grandma's stroller worked better when we went for a walk on the road after dinner. Can you believe it was actually COLD on Saturday evening? We all had coats on; plus I needed to have a warm blanket tucked around me!
Grandma also got some good cuddles from me since I got pretty wiped out after all of that outside time and all of that active playing. Even though Grandma is a good cuddler, there were definitely time when I made it clear that I just wanted my Mommy
Besides our trip, Mommy and I have been playing with some of our friends these days. We went over to Emily's house last week and Emily and I got to show off our new skills. I proudly displayed my ability to pull myself up for Emily and her family, and I also showed off my extensive vocal range. This morning we went to play with my friend Eli for awhile. I'm so lucky to have such nice friends!
