Today was an exciting day!
Grandma was coming to visit us this afternoon on her way home from Great-Grandma's and Mommy thought I needed a bath after all of my spit-ups and diaper blow-outs in the past few days.
After my bath, which I'm actually starting to enjoy a bit, I was so awake and alert that Mommy let me look at my book while resting on my "cucmber pillow" (as Daddy calls it). I couldn't believe how fun it was! I could hold my head up and look at the fun animal pictures in the book! I was so happy I was even smiling at the animals :)
After all that work, though, I was pretty tired. It's a good thing Grandma came just in time to hold me and rock me to sleep. I LOVE sleeping in someone's arms, especially if I'm really, really tired like I was this afternoon. So if anybody wants to visit me and hold me in your arms until I fall alseep, you'd be my favorite person of the day :)
