What a trip we had! I hope you have time to read this all, because I have a lot to say :) Overall our trip was wonderful. The weather was beautiful, the company couldn't be better, and I was (for the most part) a very well mannered little girl.My first plane ride was probably the best of the four, and my last one was probably the worst, mainly because I was tired and ready to be home. As Mommy and Daddy like to say, it could've been worse :) I actually got plenty of compliments for how well I traveled on the plane on almost all of my flights. It's a good thing I figured out how to suck my thumb before we left; that seemed to help a lot!

Enough of the planes! I'm so glad that I finally got to meet Aunt Michal, Uncle Sam, and my cousins Jonah and Seth. How much fun we had! I LOVED watching (and listening to) my cousins as they played, or gave me toys to play with, or just talked to me.

Saturday we spent most of the day at the Needhams and that gave us plenty of opportunity to just hang out together. Mommy and Daddy also enjoyed the time they got to spend with their nephews, especially since they are a bit more interactive with their playing than I am these days. They also had a good time visiting with Aunt Michal and Uncle Sam since it's been awhile since they'd all seen one another.
I also LOVED going to the beach and watching the water and all of the shells and birds. We got to go to the beach on Friday morning/afternoon as well as on Sunday evening. Mommy and Daddy told me that the water was actually chilly; I never got the chance to get my feet wet, although I did manage to get a lot of sand everywhere. Mommy and Daddy had a good time playing in the sand as well as looking for fun seashells. Daddy actually found a piece of coral almost as big as my head! Well, perhaps I should say that the piece of coral found Daddy's foot :)All in all, it was a good experience and we're all glad that we went. But we're all glad that we're home, too! The whole family slept SO well last night, although I'm having a hard time getting back into my routines today. Oh well! Life goes on!
