I'd like you all to meet my new friend, Heidi. Mommy introduced me to her this past week because she and Daddy were preparing for a puppet skit at church and I just couldn't get enough of her! She's just my size, although she doesn't make the same sounds and have the same expressions as I do :)
My other friends (who are also my size) these days are Josh, Sadie, and Emily (beside the other kids at story time, but that's over now until fall ... how sad!). Mommy and I went over to Josh's house again on Friday and played there for almost 2 hours! I think Mommy and Gretchen might have had more fun this time than Josh and I, but we do always enjoy seeing one another, even if we fight over his cool drumsticks. Hopefully this week I'll get to play with Emily again, too. I get to see most of my friends on Sunday mornings during Sunday School and Sunday evenings at Bible Study. I'm so lucky!
I've started to cuddle a lot these days and Mommy and Daddy just LOVE it. I lean my head on them and suck my thumb just to get a break from my active playing or when I'm starting to get a bit sleepy.
Did you know that today it's FINALLY above freezing here! Too bad I'm going to miss most of the "warm" day because of my nap ... maybe spring is right around the corner and then Mommy and I will be able to go for walks that don't require quite as much bundling!
